Rajeev Varshney

Rajeev Varshney is Director, Centre of Excellence in Genomics ( www.icrisat.org/ceg) and Research Program Director, Grain Legumes at International Crops Research Institute for the Semi-Arid Tropics (ICRISAT), India. He is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of Western Australia.

His research has major focus on development and application of large-scale genomic and transcriptomic resources in legume crops by using next-generation sequencing and high-throughput genotyping technologies.
