Student in bioengineering (bioinformatics option) in Aurillac (France), Raoul will stay at the CNRGV for a four months training course from April 04th to July 22nd 2011. His project aims at the comparison of different tools for sequence data assembly related to next generation sequencers-NGS (roche 454), and the development of a pipeline allowing the automate assembly of BACs sequences.
