The CNRGV has attended the annual FR AIB seminar. Carine Satgé presented the last approaches that the CNRGV is currently developing to better understand the structure of plant genomes. She focused on the genomic optical mapping technology and the sequence capture with the CRISPR/Cas9 tool.
