For my last year at the ESAP graduate engineering school (Agricultural Engineering School located in Toulouse). I joined the CNRGV technical team for a period of six months, from June 4th to December 14th 2012.
My project goal consists in the screening of wheat BAC libraries in order to identify duplication events in wheat chromosomes in order to better understand the evolution mechanism of this complex genome.
My ultimate goal is to validate my report and be graduated from my agricultural engineering school.
