A Biological Resource Center dedicated to plant genomes exploration

The French Plant Genomic Resources Center (CNRGV) is a national infrastructure unique in France and very rare worldwide belonging to the French National Research Institute for Agriculture, food and Environment (INRAE). It is settled on the Occitanie-Toulouse INRAE center since 2004.

The CNRGV is both a Biological Resources Center (BRC) dedicated to plant genomic resources from model and crop plants, and a laboratory that offers services for plant genomics to the national and the international scientific community. So-called services consist of innovative and efficient tools to characterize plant genomic diversity and to understand how plants adapt to their environment. They come in the frame of collaborative projects.

The CNRGV invests to propose regularly new protocols and new services meeting plant genomic researchers needs.
