Carla de Freitas Munhoz is a postdoctoral fellow at the Genetics Department, at the University of São Paulo. The aim of her postdoctoral project is the characterization of the Passifloraedulis genome with the exploitation of a BAC library (Ped-B-Flav) and the use of long reads sequencing technology (with PacBio sequencing technology).
