DNA pools are now available for PCR screening of Hexaploid Wheat, Pepper, Rapeseed and Tomato BAC libraries.

The pooling strategy is specific to each library:

2Dimensional pools: Wheat (Renan, Chinese spring), Pepper, Rapeseed

3Dimensional pools: Wheat (3B chromosome specific library), Tomato (MboI, HindII libraries)
