Gene@Home - Newsletter December 2011

The National Resources Centre for Plant Genomics (CNRGV) is unique in both France and Europe. It is responsible for preserving and maintaining plant genomic resources generated by research. It already supplies laboratories throughout the world with genomic resources, and related tools. The CNRGV interacts with laboratories around the world as services provider or through collaboration. The CNRGV is a reliable partner to assist your projects in genomic research. Thanks to its website, with more than 1500 visits per month, the CNRGV allows laboratories to directly order clones and services, on-line.

More than 8 Millions samples are now available at CNRGV:  http://cnrgv.toulouse.inra.fr/Library

New services :

Non gridded BAC library construction

In collaboration with various laboratories, we have set up a new approach in order to isolate genomic regions of interest in specific genotype background. The main aim of this approach is to rapidly have access to genomic regions involved in specific biological process by using non gridded BAC libraries. Read more...
