Samplix technology allows the selective capture of targeted genomic regions using microfluidics.
First, the DNA is embedded in droplets, then the targeted region is amplified by PCR and labeled.
This new version of the instrument handles all the steps of the process, including the sorting of the positive droplets.
After this selection step, the DNA is amplified and can be sequenced using long-read sequencing technologies such as PacBio and ONT.
