The CNRGV has a large expertise with plant HMW DNA and offer optical map services since 2 years. Sandrine Arribat and Nathalie Rodde joined the European  Bionano Genomics user group meeting at the Wellcome Trust Conference center in Hinxton to share our experience in plant high molecular weight DNA extraction and optical mapping. This meeting is an opportunity to learn and share ideas on the latest innovative discoveries with optical mapping and to have exciting discussions with other users of this technology.
