Comparative genomics of Armeniaca (apricot) species
Sandrine Arribat, our expert in optical mapping, is working on a new challenging species in collaboration with Véronique Decroocq (INRA-Bordeaux) and Alexis Groppi (University of Bordeaux).
The global goal of this project is to compare the genomic architecture of different genotypes of apricot tree and identify possible structural re-arrangements during Apricot tree evolutionary history in using our expertise optical mapping.
